Korean healing culture

Not just relaxation — a gentle introduction to Korea's way of restoring body and mind

This session is not only a sound bath. Soojin gently shares the meaning behind Korean tea, breath, traditional sound, and Eumyang-Ohaeng — Korea's yin-yang and five-element view — in clear, gentle English.

The explanations are warm and accessible, offered as cultural context and self-reflection. It is a quiet way to feel Korean care, emotional depth, and healing sensibility even if you do not speak Korean.

What is gently shared

  • How Korean tea creates a quiet welcome and settling ritual
  • How breath and sound are used to calm the body and senses
  • The feeling of Korean instruments such as gong, bells, and hand drum
  • A simple Five-Element reflection on what restores your natural rhythm
  • Korean warmth, care, and emotional presence beyond ordinary sightseeing

Good to know

Questions

Is it religious or medical?

No. This is a cultural and restful experience for relaxation and self-reflection. It is not a religious ritual or a medical treatment, and it doesn't replace medical care.

Do I need any meditation experience?

None at all. You simply arrive, lie back, and let the sound and breath do the work. Complete beginners are very welcome.

Is the session in English?

Yes. Sessions are guided in clear, gentle English. The atmosphere is warm and personal, with simple explanations and enough time to ask questions.

Will I learn about Korean healing culture?

Yes. Soojin gently explains Korean tea, breath, traditional sound, and the Five-Element reflection in clear, gentle English. It is shared as cultural context and self-reflection, not as medical advice or fortune-telling.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Solo guests are very welcome. Many guests come alone for a safe, quiet reset. You can join an existing small-group session when available, or book a private session if you'd prefer your own time.

Can I come regularly if I live in Korea?

Yes. Foreign residents and expats in Korea can book private reset sessions by appointment. Monthly or occasional sessions can be arranged depending on availability.

Where is it located?

In a quiet private studio near Seoul Station — easy subway/KTX access, about 5–8 minutes by taxi. The exact address is shared once your session is confirmed.

How do I pay?

After we confirm your preferred time, we'll send a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed — we can hold your preferred time for up to 12 hours after sending the link.

What's the refund policy?

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. For cancellations, please message us as early as possible — refund options depend on timing and payment method.

What if I'm running late?

Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you're running late, the session may still end at the scheduled time so we can keep the next booking on track.

Is it safe during pregnancy or with health conditions?

The session is gentle, but if you're pregnant or have a health condition, please let us know when booking so we can adapt or advise.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing. You'll be resting and doing some very gentle movement, so wear whatever lets you relax fully.

Can I book for today or tomorrow?

Often yes, depending on availability. Message on WhatsApp or Instagram with your preferred date and we'll confirm quickly.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nothing at all — everything is provided. Just come as you are, ideally a little early to settle in.

What is the Five-Element reading?

It's a short, reflective reading based on Korea's traditional yin-yang and five-elements tradition (Eumyang-Ohaeng). Think of it as a cultural way to talk about your natural tendencies and what restores you — offered for reflection, not as fortune-telling or diagnosis.
